	MARIANAS PETIT HOTEL offers single, double and triple rooms at reasonable rates. All rooms are comfortably furnished and have private bathroom with hot water, Cable TV and phone, internet access, and all prices include breakfast, also, you can enjoy coffee, tea and purified water, all day long.
	MARIANA'S PETIT HOTEL recently converted to a hotel, is a great place for those who are looking for an Inexpensive but nice hotel within a short distance of Guatemala International Airport, conveniently located closed to the Museums Area, Arts and Crafts Market and the "Zona Viva" the restaurant and night club District, where you can enjoy the night life of Guatemala city.
	We have free transportation to and from International Airport. Just let us know your flight number and the time of your arrival and we will be right there to pick you up from the airport

Location & Transportation

Safe neighborhood, with transportation facilities to downtown, zona viva area, 4 grados norte, etc.
Directions	From the airport by taxi is only two or three minutes away, if you are coming by bus you have to take bus Number 83, if you are driving from the airport, you have to drive to the club Aurora, pass the club, continue by 11 avenue, pass a big military facility, and next is Aurora II count three blocks and you are in 20 street, make a right turn, and by the end of the block at your right hand side is Marianas petit Hotel, with the number 10-17
Transportation	take bus number 83, directión to Santa Fé, and stop in 20 st. of Colonia Aurora II
