We offer 15 very comfortable & clean rooms, all with beautiful hand-made Guatemalan typical furniture & fabrics. All rooms have cable TV, WI-FI and new anti-stress. Swimming Pool is heated by a unique roof mounted solar panel heating system. This system is very eco-friendly, as it does not use natural gas to heat with. It pumps the pool water through 300 sq ft of solar panels. This along with Antigua's beautiful year around spring like weather keeps the swimming pools at a nice temperature. We remodeled our swimming pool June of 2015 and put really nice mosaic tile in the entire pool. The hotel also offers a very nice dry sauna for all hotel guest. As our hotel guest, if you need anything or have any special request during your hotel vacation stay, please ask our hotel receptionist and they will attend to your every need.

3 day cancellation policy: If cancelled less than 3 days (72 hours) prior to check-in or no-show, you are charged the full remaining balance of your reservation.

For deposits paid to the hotel: If cancelled more than 14 days prior to check-in, you receive a full refund minus a $15 cancellation fee. If canceled less than 14 days but more than 3 days before check-in, you forfeit your deposit.

The hotel accepts US dollars, Quetzales, Travelers Checks and Credit Cards. If paying with credit or debit card at the hotel, there is a 6% surcharge.

We are only a 30 second walk from Antigua's central park in a very safe and tranquil location, in the heart of the city. This ensures your stay will be comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel was built as Hotel Casa Azul in 1997. We acquired the property, remodeled it in Nov-Dec 2009, and renamed it Hotel Casa del Parque for its closeness to Antigua's beautiful central park. We are as centrally located as you get. There are many good restaurants and shopping areas within a 2 minute walk, and Antigua's beautiful central park and Cathedral of Antigua is only a 30 second walk. Next door is a commercial center that has 3 nice restaurants and 3 bars in it. One restaurant is Lava, a gourmet burger place. For the bars, there is a kind of newly famous Blues and Jazz bar named Ocelot. There is also a high end whiskey bar named The Whiskey Den. This is one of the many reasons Antigua is so nice, you can walk anywhere in just a few minutes, and enjoy every minute of your walk, all the while meeting interesting and different people.

In our properties group we offer 11 hotels and 2 sets of vacation rental apartments: Three 4-star hotels (1 with suites, 1 with a swimming pool and spa, and 1 set in the colonial ruins of a historical convent), two 3. 5-star hotels, three 3-star hotels, three 2. 5-star hotels. All of our hotels are within 4 blocks of each other and within 3 blocks of Antigua's beautiful central park. We have over 225 rooms and can accommodate up to 750 people. So, we can accommodate large groups in one single hotel or very large groups between a few of our hotels. Even if your group is split between a few of our hotels, you would never be more than a 3 minute walk from the rest of your group, since our hotels are very close to each other and very centrally located to the central park of Antigua. Also, if your group is interested in meal plans, we can provide breakfast, lunch and dinner. In Hotel Casa del Parque, we can offer single, double, triple or quad rooms with private bathrooms. We offer all private & comfortable rooms, 15 rooms in all.
